1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2.4 maxxim88 reserves the right to verify the age and identity of any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each Player may register only one (1) maxxim88 Account. Registering or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. maxxim88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current and up to date.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. maxxim88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 You must notify maxxim88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. Contact our 24/7 live support via the Platform.

3.5 maxxim88 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account or any balance held therein to any third party.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 maxxim88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect), and other methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit.

4.2 Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are as displayed on the Deposit page within your Account. maxxim88 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name. maxxim88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits received from third-party sources may be returned and your Account suspended pending investigation.

4.4 maxxim88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide such evidence may result in withdrawal restrictions.

4.5 Deposits are final once processed and credited to your Real Money Balance. Chargebacks, reversals, or disputes initiated with your payment provider in bad faith are prohibited and may result in Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Withdrawal section of your Account. Processing times are as published on the Platform, with most Touch n Go eWallet and DuitNow withdrawals processed within five (5) minutes of approval.

5.2 maxxim88 requires that your Real Money Balance has been wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal request may be processed, unless the deposit has not been used in any gaming activity, in which case it may be returned to the originating payment method.

5.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. maxxim88 may request additional identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals at its sole discretion.

5.4 maxxim88 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if: (a) identity verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute is pending; or (d) the Account is under investigation for breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 maxxim88 offers various promotional bonuses to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and VIP programme benefits. The specific terms of each promotion — including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, maximum bonus amount, and expiry date — are set out in the individual promotion's terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

6.2 General bonus conditions applicable to all maxxim88 promotions:

• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Where a wagering requirement applies, bets placed using Bonus Balance do not qualify for cashback calculations unless expressly stated.
• maxxim88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in Account closure.
• Players may only claim each promotion once, unless expressly stated otherwise. Claiming the same promotion across multiple Accounts is prohibited.

6.3 maxxim88 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount (and winnings derived from it) if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse or violated the spirit of a promotion.

7. Gaming Rules

7.1 All games available on the maxxim88 Platform — including live casino games, slot titles, arcade games, and sportsbook markets — are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

7.2 Live casino games at maxxim88 are conducted by trained dealers in a professionally managed studio environment using physical equipment. All outcomes in live games are determined by physical results (card draws, dice, wheel spins) and are not subject to RNG-based outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the maxxim88 Platform:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose;
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification;
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain — any winnings derived from a known system error must be reported and may be voided;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform or its content.

8.2 maxxim88 employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers and gaming regulators to identify and prevent prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Accounts closed immediately and any balances forfeited.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 maxxim88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) maxxim88 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) required by applicable law or regulatory authority; or (d) the Player requests self-exclusion.

9.2 Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, maxxim88 may forfeit any bonus balance and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, any Real Money Balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

9.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting maxxim88 live chat support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance net of pending wagering requirements will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the maxxim88 Platform — including but not limited to the maxxim88 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the proprietary property of maxxim88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

11. Limitation of Liability
